STUDIO ANNESI is based in Rome, but operates throughout the national territory and has completed assignments abroad as well.

The field of competence includes:

• Planning of residential and commercial structures.
• Realization of Golf Club structures and Beach Clubs.
• Renovation and reclamation of farmhouses and historic villas.
• Planning and realisation of activities for tourist venues.
• Reconstruction of facades and joint properties.
• Interior decorating, with an all-inclusive package, which includes on site supervision of the performance standards of craftsmen (in Italy and abroad).
• Supervision of construction including security coordination.
• Eco Energy Management for the planning and technology related to energy conservation.

The Architect  Michele Annesi:

• Graduated in Architecture (1986 – University of Rome “La Sapienza”), cum laude. Adjudicator Paolo Portoghesi. Registered as a professional Architect in the Register of Architects of Roma  n° 8034. Has excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English.

• He has collaborated for many years with Romeo Engineering in the role of supervisor of the  CAD division – assisting with the design and construction of Offices for new developments (New offices for the Ministry of Finance – New headquarters of Italsiel, etc.)

• He has complited the renovation project of "Tarquinia Golf Club" with the new wing.

• He is an expert in the design and setting up of Stands and Pavilions used for the presentation of new motor vehicles (Renault), new products (AMC, GALLO…) and institutional organisations (Exhibition of European Regions in Lyons).

• He is experienced in the design and construction of tourist structures such as Hotels, Guest Houses and Bed&Breakfast venues, including the retrieval of property, restoration, interior decorating and all-inclusive packages.

• He is specialised in the renovation and reclamation of old farmhouses and historic villas situated in the Italian countryside, restoring the original structures and using original materials.

Other than the principal activity of design the achitect Michele Annesi:

• Has published an essay entitled “La casa unifamiliare nella storia”. (”Single family homes throughout history.”)
• Has studied the morphology of landscapes and published articles in “Rivista trimestrale di diritto pubblico.” (“Quarterly magazine of Public Rights”)
• Acted as project assistant for Proger S.r.L. during the Programme Agreement (Municipality of Rome and Trenitalia) for the Remodelling of the Termini Station in Rome.
• He has written an approfondite monography on the engineer Pio Piacentini (1846 - 1928), father of Marcello Piacentini
• Obtained a proficiency diploma in Eco-Energy Management for the planning and technology of energy conservation.
